摘要
自20世纪70年代以来,英国高校在人力资源管理理念更新、组织结构变迁、职能领域扩张、战略地位提升、专业化和信息化发展等方面,取得了令人瞩目的成绩。同时,在工作分析与评价、招聘管理、员工培训与发展、绩效与薪酬管理等实践领域,英国高校也总结了许多行之有效的做法。
Since the 1970s,the British universities and colleges have made great achievements on such aspects as concept updating of human resources management, changing in organizational structure, expansion of functional areas, enhancement of strategic position, and development of specialization and informationization. At the same time, the universities and colleges in the UK have also explored many effective methods in the practical field of human resource management on such issues as job analysis and evaluation, recruitment management, staff training and development, performance and compensation management and so on.
