摘要
美国威斯康星大学将日本基础教育阶段教师发展的有效方式——课例研究引入大学教师发展并加以完善,具有强调合作学习、个人反思、以学生学习为中心、相对固定流程和提高教师研究积极性等特点,是比较有效的大学教师发展方式,对我国探索提高大学教师教学水平的有效途径具有参考借鉴意义。
Lesson study,an effective method to promote teachers' development in elementary or secondary education setting in Japan,has been introduced as a tool to enhance teaching and learning within University of Wisconsin in America. Lesson study in University of Wisconsin focusing on collaborative learning, critical reflecting, student- learning centered,structured outline and enhancing teachers" enthusiasm,has been utilized as an effective tool for faculty development, which can provide some reference for exploring effective approaches to improving faculty's teaching in China.
