摘要
在美国第一次现代化发展时期道德教育占据绝对优势的情况下,公民教育开始萌芽,并与道德教育形成了一定的功能互补与联结。公民教育的初建历程反映了当时人们对于社会成员身份的普遍认知:道德人就是好公民。
The citizenship education in America began to sprout when moral education had the absolute advantage during the period of the first modernization development, which also formed the relationship of functional complementation and connection with moral education. The initial establishment course of citizenship education in America shows that the common acknowledge to members of the society at that time is that the moral people equals to the good citizen.
