Analysis of the Manufacture Technology and Equipment for Tanks of Railway Tank Cars

对铁路罐车罐体现有制造工艺进行了分析,结合70t级、80t级铁路罐车罐体结构特点和运用工况,提出70t级、80t级铁路罐车罐体制造应采用筒节制造工艺,并给出了对口器的选择依据。

The manufacture technology for tanks of railway tank cars is analyzed.In combination with the tank structure features and operation working conditions of 70 t and 80 t railway tank cars,it is suggested that the cylinder manufacture technology should be applied in manufacture of tanks of 70 t and 80 t railway tank cars,and the selection basis for internal clamps are given.
