空调水系统变频节能节电率测定方法 被引量:1

Determination Method for Energy-saving Rate of Air-conditioning Water System with Frequency Conversion Retrofit

摘要 在合同能源管理项目中,采用变频控制技术对既有建筑的空调水系统进行节能改造,竣工验收阶段需对水系统节能实现的节电率进行测定,并据此确定节能改造后甲乙双方最终可分享的节能效益。因此,合理测定节电率对项目顺利实施起着重要作用。本文将目前工程上普遍应用的2种测定节电率的方法进行了比较,分析选出了较合理的测定方法,并结合实际工程案例说明了节电率测定方法的应用。另外,本文还提出了2种测定方法在工程应用中应注意的问题。 For the energy performance contracting project, frequency conversion control technology is usually used for airconditioning water system retrofit for existed buildings. It is necessary to measure the energy-saving rate during aceeptanee stage land therefore the energy-saving benefits shared by energy consumption unit and energy services company can be determined. For this reason,the aecurfite determination of energy-saving rate plays an important role for the smooth implementation of the project. In this paper, two determination methods commonly applied for energy-saving rate were compared and the more reasonable one was selected. Furthermore, the application of the better method was illustrated with an engineering practice, and several problems those should be paid more attention for both methods in engineering application were discussed.
