摘要
知情权是现代社会普遍承认的公民基本权利之一。本文在分析信息公开相关理论的基础上,结合中美两国信息公开的法规制度框架背景,选择社会关注度较高的中国红十字会捐赠信息发布以及美国经济复苏资金披露这两起案例,试图从现实情况出发,分析我国信息公开实践中存在的差距,并提出推进我国信息公开的有关政策性建议。
The right to know is well acknowledged as one of the essential citizen＇ s rights in modem society. Based on the theories of in formation release, combining the background of law frames about information release in the US and China, and comparing the cases of China Red Cross＇ s release of donation information and information release of American recovery and reinvest- ment fund, this paper tries to analyze the differences between above - mentioned cases, and finally offer some policy recom- mendations on how to improve the practices of information release in China.
