信息公开影响政府信任的实证研究

An Empirical Research on How the Public Information Disclosure Affects Government Trust

政府信任是评价政府信息公开的关键指标,通过信息公开提升政府信任是当前理论界关注的热点问题。本文在调研289名社会公众关于政府信息公开与政府信任关系的基础上,发现:政府信息公开的内容、渠道和效果对政府信任有着积极的促进作用。因此政府应当通过及时更新政府信息、完善更多的信息公开渠道让社会公众更迅速、更全面地知晓政府行政信息,从而提升社会公众对政府的信任水平。

Government trust is a key indicator measuring information disclosure, so scholars have many interests in enhancing govern- ment trust through information disclosure. Based on a survey of 259 citizens on how the information disclosure affects govern- ment trust, our research shows that the content, channel and effectiveness of public information disclosure have a positive effect on government trust. This conclusion indicates that government should timely update public information, constructing more information channels, so that the public can quickly and comprehensively know administrative information and promote their trust in government.
