摘要
硅橡胶以其特有的化学稳定性,使其具有耐高低温性、憎水性、耐漏电起痕性和抗电蚀损性、电绝缘性等诸多优异性能,在输电线路中得到广泛应用。在运行中,绝缘子在低温下要承受较高的电压,保持绝缘子在低温状态下的机械稳定性是运行安全的必要保证。笔者主要研究在低温条件下硅橡胶复合绝缘子材料的机械强度、击穿强度、体积电阻率、耐漏电起痕及电蚀损性能和憎水性,探讨了输电线路用硅橡胶复合绝缘子材料的耐低温性能及其作用机理。实验结果表明:硅橡胶复合绝缘子材料具有优异的耐低温性能。
Silicone rubber has been widely used in high voltage transmission line, because of the excellent characteristics of the high and low temperature resistance, hydrophobicity, tracking and erosion resistance, electrolytic corrosion resistance and electrical insulating, which are lead by its own chemical stability.The insulators have to withstand the high voltage under the low temperature condition in service. Keeping mechanical integrity of the component under operation conditions is the necessary guarantee of the safe operation, the mechanical strength, puncture strength, volume resistivity, tracking and erosion resistance, electrolytic corrosion resistance and hydrophobicity of silicone rubber composite insulators at low temperature are studied,and discusses low temperature resistance and its working mechanisms of the materials of silicone rubber composite insulators for transmission line. The experiment results show the silicone rubber composite insulators have excellent low temperature resistance.
