摘要
经过对粘土受到"水化作用"、"剪切力作用"、"正压力作用"、"负压力作用"后的颗粒分析对比试验,总结出回坯泥细化的原因主要是泥料中的粘土类原料经过"搅拌化浆"、"榨泥"、"粗练"、"真空练泥"等工艺后颗粒细化,导致回坯泥颗粒细化,在生产中大量使用后造成产品干燥开裂。
Analysis and contrast test are carried out after the clay has been subjected to the effect of "hydration", "shear stress", "pressure", "negative pressure", it is summed up that the refining of return mud particle is mainly due to the particle refining of the clay type raw material in the mud after the processes of "mixing of slurry", "squeeze mud", "rough trade", "vacuum pug" ,which lead to recurrent mixing clay grain refinement, and drying crack is caused in the case of widely used in production.
