摘要
通过分析灰釉产品伞边缘和主体釉泡产生的原因,从釉料配方、成型、上釉等方面提出了解决的方法。通过调整釉料配方,降低釉的高温粘度,确定合适的淋釉机转速(29~33r/min),确定合适的比重(1.73±0.01 g/cm3),最终消除了产品起泡的现象。
The reasons of glaze-bubble on sheds border and main body of grey-glaze products, the solving methods are proposed from the aspects of glaze compositions, confectioning, glazing etc.. Through adjusting the glaze composition, reducing high temperature viscosity, determining the appropriate velocity of tube glaze machine (29-33) r/min and the appropriate proportion (1.73±0.01 g/cm^3), the glaze-bubble phenomenon has been eliminated.
