应用组织芯片技术检测结直肠癌组织中KAI1/CD82和ME491/CD63的表达 被引量:2

Detection of KAI1/CD82 and ME491/CD63 Expression in Colorectal Carcinoma Using Tissue Microarrays

摘要 目的研究结直肠癌组织中KAI1/CD82和ME491/CD63的表达水平及其临床病理意义。方法应用组织芯片和免疫组织化学技术检测232例结直肠癌组织中KAI1/CD82和ME491/CD63的表达,并运用统计学方法分析KAI1/CD82和ME491/CD63的表达与结直肠癌各种临床病理特征的关系及两者的相关性。结果 KAI1/CD82在结直肠癌组织中的表达与肿瘤的分化程度和Dukes分期有关(P<0.05),与患者的性别、年龄、浸润深度、淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05)。未发现ME491/CD63表达与结直肠癌病理资料之间差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。KAI1/CD82和ME491/CD63的表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 KAI1/CD82在结直肠癌组织中的表达与肿瘤临床病理特征密切相关,可作为结直肠癌的预后因子。KAI1/CD82和ME491/CD63的表达相关。 Objective To study the expression levels of KAI1/CD82 and ME491/CD63 and the clinicopathological significances in colorectal carcinoma.Methods Tissue microarray and immunohistochemistry were used to detect the expression of KAI1/CD82 and ME491/CD63 in 232 cases of colorectal carcinoma.The correlation between KAI1/CD82 and ME491/CD63 expression as well as the clinical and pathological characteristics were analyzed using statistical method.Results The expression of KAI1/CD82 correlated with the tumor differentiation degree and Dukes stages(P 0.05),but not with the patients′ gender,age,depth of infiltration,or lymphnode metastasis(P 0.05).No correlation was found between the expression of ME491/CD63 in colorectal carcinoma and it′s clinicopathological data(P 0.05).Significant correlation was found between the expression of KAI1/CD82 and ME491/CD63(P 0.05).Conclusion The expression of KAI1/CD82 is closed correlated with clinicopathological significance of the tumor,which can be used as a prognostic factor for colorectal carcinoma.The expression of KAI1/CD82 significantly correlate with the expression of ME491/CD63.
