摘要
目的探讨护理人员的个性品质,为护理人才的选拔和培养提供理论依据。方法采用卡特尔16PF人格问卷对569名护理人员进行测试,所有数据都通过统计学分析。结果护士在有恒性、世故性、忧虑性、新环境中成长能力上得分高于护理专业大学生(P<0.01);而在恃强性、幻想性、实验性、独立性、怯懦与果敢、心理健康得分低于护理专业大学生(P<0.01);优秀护士在怀疑性、自律性、专业而有成就、新环境成长能力方面得分高于一般护士(P<0.01)。结论护理人员既具有有利于护理事业发展的人格因素,也存在可能阻碍护理事业发展的人格因素;不同护理人员的人格因素具有显著差异性;建议以优秀护士的人格特征为指标,有针对性地培养护理人员优秀的职业化人格特征。
Objective To investigate the personality characteristics of nurses and provide a theoretical basis for the selection and training of nursing personnel.Methods The cartel 16PF personality questionnaire was carried out for 569 nurses,and all data were analyzed by statistical methods.Results Compared with nursing students,the scores of nursing professionals in personality factors(G,N and O)and the adaptability in the new environment were higher(P 0.01),the scores of personality factors(E,M,Q1 and Q2),cowardice,audacity,and mental health were lower(P 0.01);the scores of outstanding nurses in personality factors(L and Q3),professional achievement,and the ability to grow in the new environment were higher than general nurses(P 0.01).Conclusion There were personality factors may conducive to the development of nursing profession,while there were also some other personality factors may hinder the development of nursing profession.Significant differences in the personality factors were observed in different groups of nurses.Base on these finding,we recommend personality trait analysis as an indicator for targeted professional training of excellent nurses.
