摘要 文章介绍"中油海62"平台的性能特点,阐述了控制自升式平台重量、重心的重要性和复杂性。分析了"中油海62"平台的限制条件和提高技术性能带来的风险,描述了成功控制平台重量、重心从而保证平台性能和功能所采取的主要措施和,可以供其它自升式装置借鉴参考。 The paper introduces the performance characteristics of CPOE62 platform.The importance and complexity of controlling weight and center of gravity of the jack-up platform is explained.The limitations and the risks caused by upgrading utility are analyzed.Important approaches to guarantee the performance of the platform while controlling its weight and center of gravity are described.The approaches ensure the performance and function of CPOE62 platform,which can be used as references for other jack-up installations.
