摘要
针对腈纶废水的难降解问题,实验以一级A/O的出水为研究对象,选用改进型组合式A/O作为二级强化处理工艺。考察了水力停留时间、葡萄糖及碳酸氢钠的投加量等因素对二级A/O工艺处理效果的影响。研究结果表明,当二级O池的停留时间为24 h时,对COD的去除率可达16%,对氨氮的去除率可达36%;以葡萄糖为药剂,当葡萄糖的投加量为0.25 g/L时,出水COD可降至204 mg/L;以碳酸氢钠为药剂,当碳酸氢钠的投加量为0.25 g/L时,出水氨氮可降至20 mg/L。说明处理腈纶废水有必要增加强化处理工艺。
For the difficult degradation problem from acrylic fiber wastewater, taking the effluent of the one grade A/O as the study object, the improved and combined A/O is used as the two grades strengthened treatment process. The effects of HRT,glucose and sodium bicarbonate dosages on the two grades A/O process are investigated. According to the experiment results, when the HRT of two grades A/O is 24 h,the COD removing rate can reach 16%, and NH4+-N removal rate can reach 36%. When glucose is used as the chemical,whose dosage is 0.25 g/L, the effluent COD goes down to 204 mg/L. When sodium bicarbonate is used as the chemical ,whose dosage is 0.25 g/L,the efflu- ent NHd-N is below 20 mg/L.
