摘要 在自制的镍钛复合氧化物型可见光催化剂作用下,使用ClO2氧化-可见光催化联合法处理苯胺废水,以苯胺去除率和COD去除率为考察对象,研究了反应条件对处理效果的影响。结果表明:ClO2氧化-可见光催化联合具有协同作用,可以减少ClO2的用量,提高光催化剂的利用率,促进苯胺废水的深度氧化。较优的反应条件是:催化剂加入量为0.5 g/L,二氧化氯与苯胺的质量比为4∶1,pH为8,温度为20℃,反应时间为4 h。在此条件下,苯胺去除率可达93.11%,COD去除率达到52.76%。 In the treatment of aniline wastewater by the combination of chlorine dioxide and visible light photoeatalysis under the action of self-made Ni/Ti complex oxide. The removing rates of aniline and COD have been investigated, so as to study the influences of reaction conditions on the aniline treatment efficiency. The result indicates that the combination of chlorine dioxide and visible light photocatalysis has synergistic effect in the course of treating aniline,which reduces the dosage of Cl02,improve the utilization ratio of photocatalyst and promote the deep oxidation of aniline. The optimal conditions are as follows:catalyst dosage is 0.5 g/L,mass ratio of C102 to aniline 4:1, pH 8, temperature 20 ℃ and reaction time 4 h, the aniline removing rate can reach 93.11% and COD removing rate 52.76%.
