核电站全范围模拟机人机接口通信网络分析

摘要 本文以采用全数字化集散式仪控系统的非能动安全型核电站作为参考机组,其全范围模拟机具有与实际核电厂相同的主控制室布局和外观、控制台和控制盘以及在主控制室的显示装置。人机接口设备之间通过模拟机实时数据网和电厂模型计算机网络实现通信,驱动采用KVM技术传送视频信号的液晶显示器和大屏幕显示屏。本文结合参考核电站全范围模拟机的设计要求,给出了该全范围模拟机人机接口通信网络的硬件结构,并对其进行了详细地分析。 Nuclear power plant (NPP) full scope simulator discussed in this paper uses the passive safety NPP with fully-digitalized distributed instrumentation and control (I&C) system as the reference unit. It has the same room layout, the consoles, the control panels, and the display devices in main control room of the reference unit. The HSI (Human System Interface) devices communicate with each other through simulator I&C network and plant model computer system network to drive either Liquid Crystal Displays or Large Screen Displays. Both of them transmit the video signals using KVM (Keyboard, Video and Mouse) technology. The hardware structure of HSI communication network is established according to HSI design requirements of the reference unit. In addition, the HSI communication network of the full scope simulator is analyzed in detail.
