摘要 针对防灭火均压系统很难确保均压区域有稳定均压效果的情况,研究了局部通风机-调节风窗防灭火均压系统,研究表明防灭火均压系统主要受自然风压、摩擦风阻、工作面密闭情况、采空区内气体含量、火风压和火势发展程度影响。通过对各种影响因素的定性分析,得出采空区内外压差随时间变化的函数,并总结出了防灭火均压系统的调节方法:若采空区内外压差大于某一值,则采空区漏风对遗煤自燃会产生较大的影响,必须对灭火均压系统进行调节来降低采空区内外压差。最后应用该方法成功启封了来叶沟煤矿6-201综放工作面。 According to the pressure balanced system of the fire prevention and control hard to ensure the stable pressure balanced effect in the pressure balanced area, the paper had a study on the pressure balanced system with the local fan-air window adjustment for fire prevention and control. The study showed that the pressure balanced system for fire prevention and control mainly affected by the natural ventilation pressure, frictional ventilation resistance, sealing condition of the coal mining face, air content within the goal, fire and venti- lation pressure and fire tendency development. With the qualitative analysis of each influence factor, the inner and outer pressure differ- ence function of the goal with time variation was obtained. The adjustment method of the pressure balanced system was summarized. When the inner and outer pressure difference of the goaf was more than a certain value, the ventilation leakage of goaf would have high influences to the spontaneous combustion of the coal left in goaf. The pressure balanced system should be adjusted to reduce the inner and outer pres- sure difference of goal. Finally the method was successfully applied to open the sealing of No. 6-201 fully mechanized top coal caving min- ing face in Laiyegou Mine.
