摘要 针对哈沙图煤矿特殊地质急倾斜煤层矿井瓦斯含量大,本煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔在煤层走向和倾向上波状起伏大,普通钻机施工效果较差的情况,采用定向钻机施工本煤层定向长钻孔以解决区域瓦斯抽采的问题。结果表明:采取上述措施后,施工钻孔深度达702 m,遇地质异常采用的开分支方法最短时间为40 min,抽采瓦斯体积分数达80%以上,保证了施工顺利进行。 According to high gas content in the special geology and steep inclined seam mine of Hashatu Mine, a high wavy of the mining seam gas drainage borehole in the seam strike and direction and the poor construction effect of the conventional drilling machine, the di- rectional drilling rig was applied to drill the long directional boreholes in the mining seam to solve the regional gas drainage problems. The results showed that after above measures conducted, the borehole drilling depth could reach 702 m. When an abnormal geology met, a branching method could be applied with the shortest time of 40 rain. The gas drainagc volume fraction was over 80%, which could ensure the drilling operation conducted.
