摘要
应用分光光度计实现在线监测活性染液浓度的影响因素包括温度、中性盐和碱。据此,在染色的监测过程中,测试吸光度前要使染液通过恒温槽,以保证测试温度的恒定;由盐引起的染料吸光度的改变是立即发生的,不随时间而变化,可通过建立盐和染料浓度的函数关系进行监测;加入碱后,染液吸收光谱不稳定,可采取加入缓冲剂等方法解决。
Factors affecting on-line monitoring of reactive dye concentration with spectrophotometry method is investigated, in- cluding dye bath temperature, neutral salt and alkali. During on-line monitoring of dyeing process, the dye bath should pass through a thermostat trough to ensure constant temperature. The absorbance of dye changes immediately after adding salt and does not vary with time. It can be solved by establishing a function of salt concentration to dye concentration during on-line mo- nitoring. The absorption spectrum fluctuates after adding alkaline and goes back stable after the addition of buffers.
