酸性媒介染料环保短流程染色工艺

摘要 在羊毛织物酸性媒介染料染色工艺中,通过加入媒染促进剂以提高重铬酸钾的利用率,降低其用量,并在染色后加入除铬皂洗剂进行皂洗,降低织物上的的游离铬离子浓度。优化的羊毛酸性媒介染料染色工艺为:醋酸4%(omf),甲酸2%(omf),重铬酸钾1.2%(omf),媒染促进剂2%(omf)。该染色工艺色牢度较高,得色深,羊毛染色受损较少,纱线强力提高,铬污染较低,环保性好。 In mordant acid dyeing of wool, promoting agent is used to enhance the utilization of potassium dichromate and de- crease its dosage, and soaping is carried out with chrome remover to reduce the free chromium ion concentration of the fabric afterward. The optimum mordant acid dyeing process is: acetic acid 4%(omf), formic acid 2%(omf), potassium dichromate 1.2% (omf) and promoting agent 2% (omf). The optimum dyeing process features good color fastness, high color yield, re- duced wool damage, improved yarn strength, low chromium pollution and environmental-friendly.
