IABP治疗急性心肌梗死合并心源性休克临床疗效观察

Application of intra-aortic ballon counterpulsction in inacute myocardial infarction with cardiogertic shock

目的探讨主动脉球囊反搏术(intra-aortic ballon counterpulsction,IABP)治疗急性心肌梗死(acutemyocardial infarction,AMI)合并心源性休克(cardiogertic shock,CS)的临床疗效。方法 32例AMI合并CS患者均行IABP治疗。结果 AMI合并CS患者经IABP治疗可使心率、血压、尿量得到明显改善,本组未发生严重并发症,住院期间死亡3例。结论 IABP治疗急性心肌梗死合并心源性休克安全有效,可显著降低AMI患者院内病死率。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of intra-aortic ballon counterpulsction （IABP） in acute myocardial infarction （AMI） with cardiogertic shock （CS）. Methods 32 AMI patiants with cardiagentic Shock were enrolled in this study, the patients had IABP support during operation. Results With IABP support, heart rate and blood pressure could be markedly restore in acute myocardial infarction （AMI） with cardiogertic shock （CS）. IABP-related complication rate was no serious, 3 cases died in hospital. Conclusion Application of IABP in AM1 with CS patients was safe and effective, which decreased the mortality rates during hospitslization significantly.
