胆囊炎合并胆结石急诊手术治疗结果分析

Analysis of emergency operation in patients with cholecystitis and gallstones

目的探讨胆囊炎合并胆结石急诊手术的疗效。方法 39例胆囊炎合并胆结石患者行急诊手术治疗。结果 39例患者住院9 d～18 d,平均14.5 d。无围术期死亡病例,无手术并发症发生,均治愈出院。结论急诊胆囊切除,应严格掌握手术指征,手术操作认真细心,避免造成胆管损伤,引起术后并发症的发生。

Objective Explore effect of emergency operation in patients with gallstones and eholecystitis. Method In January 2010 to December 2011, 39 patients with cholecystitis and gallstones received emergency surgery. Result The patients stayed in hospital for 9 - 18 days, an average was 14.5 days. There was no perioperative death, no complication, they were cured and discharged. Conclusion Emergency gallbladder operation, should be controlled strictly according to surgical indications, which could reduce surgical complications.
