成人急性会厌炎78例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 78 cases of acute epiglottitis in adults

目的探讨成人急性会厌炎的治疗方法。方法根据78例成人急性会厌炎患者的临床表现采取不同的治疗方法。结果本组78例患者均有咽痛,70例吞咽困难,20例呼吸困难。76例经抗炎、抗感染治疗痊愈,2例行气管切开治疗痊愈。结论治疗成人急性会厌炎的重点是抗感染和维持呼吸道通畅,必要时建立人工气道,对于危重患者应密切观察,随时做好气管切开准备。

Objective To investigate the treatment of adults with acute epiglottitis for improving the cure rate. Methods 78 cases of adult acute epiglottitis were treated with different methods.Results All of 78 cases have pharyngodynia. There were 70 cases with dysphagia and 20 cases with dyspnea. 76 cases were cured with anti-inflammatory and anti-infection treatment. Two cases recovered from tracheotomy. Conclusion The treatment of adult acute epiglottitis should focus on anti-infection and maintance of airway. Sometimes, an artificial trachea is necessary. Close observation and the tracheotomy are critical for serious patients.
