补中益气颗粒联合甲地孕酮对肿瘤化疗患者的临床研究

Clinical study of Particle of tonifying middle-Jiao and Qi combination with Megestrol acetate on patients with tumor underwent chemotherapy

目的观察补中益气颗粒联合醋酸甲地孕酮对恶性肿瘤患者化疗毒副反应的防治效果。方法136例恶性肿瘤患者随机分为研究组与对照组各68例,研究组患者自化疗开始即口服补中益气颗粒与甲地孕酮,化疗间期也继续服用;对照组进行常规化疗。结果研究组患者在体重、Karnofsky(KPS)评分、自觉症状(食欲、睡眠)等方面均较对照组有明显改善。结论恶性肿瘤患者在化疗期间口服补中益气颗粒、醋酸甲地孕酮可显著增加体重、KPS评分及食欲,改善睡眠,且对患者血生化指标等无明显影响。

Objective To observe the Clinical study of Particle oftonifying middle-Jiao and Qi combination with megestrol acetate on patients with tumor underwent chemotherapy . Methods 136 cases of malignant tumor patients were randomly divided into two groups each with 68 cases, the study group and the control group. Research Group since the beginning of chemotherapy in patients with oral Yiqi particles with megestrol, chemotherapy also continues to take. Against a set of conventional chemotherapy, served Yiqi particles with megestrol. Results Weight, KPS score, subjective symptom （appetite, sleep） in study group patients had significant higher improvement than those of the control group. Conclusion During chemotherapy of Particle of tonifying middle-Jiao and Qi combination with megestrol acetate can significantly increase the weight, KPS score in patients with cancer, increase appetite, improve sleep, and blood biochemistry in patients with no apparent effect.
