摘要
低合金钢与不锈钢堆焊层焊接时,因稀释反应、组织变化、内应力等,降低了焊接接头质量。通过试验对异种金属焊接接头力学性能和金相组织进行分析和验证,总结工艺上所存在的问题以及长时间热处理对此类焊接接头的影响。
The joints between low-alloyed steel and stainless steel overlaying onto another low-alloyed steel was obtained, but the quality of joints deteriorated due to dilution reaction, microstructure transformation and internal stress, etc. Through analyzing and testing the mechanical properties and microstructure of dissimilar metal joints, the effects of process problems and long time heat treatment on such joints were summarized.
