试论高速公路交通事件视频车辆的检测技术

摘要 交通意外事故一直威胁着车辆及人员的安全,视频车辆交通事件检测技术的运用可显著改善交通运行的安全性,通过监控交通的方式及时报警事故处理。基于此,主要对高速公路交通事件视频车辆的检测技术进行了探讨。
