摘要 血管生成对肿瘤细胞的生长及转移具有重要作用。血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)是病理性血管生成最主要的刺激因子,VEGF与其受体相互作用,能激活下游信号通路,促进血管生成,促进肿瘤细胞的增殖、存活及转移,在多种恶性肿瘤的生长及转移中发挥着重要作用。VEGF信号还与肿瘤细胞的淋巴管、淋巴结侵袭及远端转移密切相关。此外,VEGF还可以通过促进肿瘤干细胞的自我更新能力,最终促进肿瘤的生长和转移。VEGF已经成为肿瘤治疗研究中的关注热点。本文就VEGF与肿瘤生长转移的研究进展进行综述。 Angiogenesis is essential for tumor growth and metastasis, and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) serves as a major stimulator of pathological angiogenesis. The interaction of VEGF and its receptors can regulate the angiogenesis and promote the proliferation, survival as well as metastasis of tumor cells by the activation of downstream signaling pathways. VEGF and its receptors play an key role in the growth and metastasis of various tumor types. In tumors, VEGF signaling correlates with lymphatic invasion, lymph node and distant metastasis. Furthermore, VEGF can accelerate the growth and metastasis of tumor cell by promoting the renewal of cancer stem cells. Hence VEGF is becoming the focus of tumor research and treatment. This review summarizes the advances on the role of VEGF in tumor growth and metastasis.
