摘要
IL-28b基因多态性与丙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis C virus,HCV)自发清除、慢性丙型肝炎发病率及IFN-α为基础的治疗效果之间的关系已非常明确,与乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus,HBV)感染及治疗之间的关系也正在研究当中,这为肝炎患者的个体化治疗提供了新的依据。本文就IL-28b基因多态性、IFN-α为基础的治疗法及肝炎的个体化治疗三者之间的关系以及IL-28b单核甘酸多态性检测概况进行评述。
IL-28b gene polymorphisms are significantly associated with the spontaneous clearance of hepatitis C virus（HCV）, the morbidity of chronic hepatitis C and IFN-α therapy. Furthermore, the research on the association between IL-28b gene polymorphisms and hepatitis B virus infection and therapy is in progress. For HBV and HCV patients, these results provide new evidence for personalized therapy. Here, the association among IL-28b gene polymorphisms, the treatment based on IFN-α and personalized therapy of chronic hepatitis B and chronic hepatitis C are summarized. Besides, the development of IL-28b single nucleotide polymorphisms test is also concluded.
