传统农区农业现代化的操作机理:吉林例证

Operating Mechanism of Agriculture Modernization in Conventional Farming Districts: Example from Jilin Province

坚持改革创新,把粮食生产放在农业现代化建设的首位,转变农业发展方式,提高农业综合生产能力,因地制宜地发展优势主导产业,构筑现代农业产业体系,探索发展农业现代化的基本途径,对传统农区农业现代化建设有重要的启示意义。吉林省的个案表明,推进农业现代化,应大力加强农田水利建设,提高农村劳动者素质,加快调整农业与农村经济结构,坚定不移地深化农村改革。

The authors put forward that it has special meaning to conventional farming districts＇ agricultural modernization, such as insisting on innovation and reform, putting food produce in the first place of agriculture modernization; changing agricultural developing way, enhancing comprehensive agricultural production capacity, developing advanced leading industries according to local conditions, setting up modern agricultural industrial system, exploring the way of agriculture modernization. The example in Jilin shows to promote agriculture modernization, we should strengthen construction of irrigation and water conservancy, enhance famers＇ quality, accelerate to adjust agriculture and rural areas economy, unswervingly push forward rural areas reform.
