摘要
采用本设计试验反应器处理酒精废醪,在不添加营养物,不调pH值的条件下,反应器运行有机负荷达24克COD/升·日,COD去除率在90%以上,产气率达13.8升/升·日。本实验为进一步扩大反应器的规模提供了工艺参数。
In this paper, the fermentation process of UASB reactor for disposal of distillery waste is studied, the results shows that organic loading rate reaches 24g COD/l·day and removal efficiencies 90%COD and gas production rate 13.81/l·day without adding nutrient and regulating pH. The experiment offers parameters for further expandings the size of the reactor.
