摘要 电动汽车规模化接入将对配电网运行造成一定影响。研究如何优化电动汽车充电过程以降低网络损耗,有助于配电网的经济运行。为此建立了一个以配电网网损最小为目标的电动汽车充电优化模型,考虑了用户的充电需求以及电压幅值等约束。采用迭代修正节点电压的方法,每次迭代求解的模型为线性约束凸二次规划模型,运算速度可满足在线运行的要求。以IEEE 33节点系统为例的仿真结果表明,相比无序充电情景,所提方法可有效降低配电网的网损,还可起到平抑负荷变化和改善电压水平的作用。 The charging of large-scale electric vehicles (EVs) will greatly influence distribution systems. Studying how to optimize EVs' charging processes will make benefit to the economic operations of grids. In this work, a charging optimization method considering electric vehicle charging demand and voltage constraints was proposed to minimize the power losses of distribution systems. By correcting nodal voltages iteratively, a linearly constrained convex quadratic programming model was built at each iteration. The computing speed of the method can meet the requirements of real-time operations. With the IEEE 33-bus case as the test system, optimization results indicate that the method can optimize power losses, lower load variance and improve voltage regulation effectively compared with the uncoordinated scenario.
