摘要
合成了新型环糊精衍生物N-(2-羟丙基)三甲胺盐-β-环糊精(HPTA-β-CD),并以其作为手性选择剂,对萘普生、布洛芬、氧氟沙星3种酸性手性药物进行非水毛细管电泳拆分。考察了有机溶剂的选择、电解质的选择、手性选择剂的浓度以及pH对分离度的影响。结果表明:萘普生(Rs=2.13)、布洛芬(Rs=1.87)、氧氟沙星(Rs=1.52)3种酸性手性药物全部达到基线分离。而同样条件下,广泛使用的β-CD不能实现3种酸性手性药物的分离。
A new β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) derivative, HPTA - β-CD was successfully synthesized and used as a chiral selector in nonaqueous capillary electrophoresis (NACE). The effects of organic solvent, the electrolytes, the concentrations of HPTA -β-CD and pH of the buffer were investigated. Three acidic chiral drugs, including naproxen ( Rs = 2. 13 ), ibuprofen ( Rs = 1.87 ), ofloxacin ( Rs = 1.52) were resolved, while the three acidic chiral drugs can not be separated by β-CD under the same conditions. It demonstrated that HPTA - β-CD as a chiral selector had the special ability in the separation of acidic chiral drugs. It was a rapid and accurate method for the separation of acidic chiral drugs.
