摘要
不稳定斑块破裂及继发血栓形成是导致急性心血管事件发生的主要病理基础。不稳定斑块的形成与炎症反应、细胞凋亡等有密切联系,新近研究表明,组织蛋白酶-S、生长相关基因蛋白-α和内质网应激在动脉粥样硬化斑块趋向不稳定的过程中发挥至关重要的作用。本文就相关研究进展进行综述,为深入了解不稳定斑块的形成机制提供依据。
Unstable atherosclerotic plaque rupture and subsequent thrombosis are the main patho-reason leading to acute cardio-vascular event occur.There is close relationship between inflammatory reaction,apoptosis and unstable plaque formation.Recent studies show that Cathepsin S,GRO-α and endoplasmic reticulum play important role in the formation of unstable plaque.This article will give a review on this research,to provide the basis for a thorough understanding of the unstable plaque mechanism.
