The effect of VDT work on vision system and its prevention

视频显示终端(VDT)作业最突出的健康问题是对人体视觉系统的影响及产生的生理、心理的健康危害。本文综述VDT作业对视觉系统的主要危害及影响因素,并总结预防视疲劳产生的各种可行性措施,以缓解视觉疲劳,降低视力下降对人们带来的损害,提高工作效率和质量。

The most prominent health problem in VDT work is visual and physio-psychological health hazards. This pa- per mainly reviews the hazards of VDT work on visual system and its principal impact factors. Meanwhile, it also summarizes a series of feasible measures which could prevent and alleviate visual fatigue, decrease vision damage and improve work efficiency and quality.
