二氧化硅对大鼠ACE及ANGⅡ的影响

Effect of silicon dioxide on angiotensin converting enzyme and angiotensin Ⅱ in rats

摘要 将Wistar大鼠随机分为染尘大鼠模型组、对照组。模型组大鼠水合氯醛腹腔注射麻醉后,将0.5 ml的矽尘混悬液(50 mg/ml)缓慢注入气管;对照组大鼠气管内注入0.5ml灭菌生理盐水。分别在第3、7、14、28天各处死大鼠8只。测定血管紧张素转化酶(ACE)表达水平及血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)浓度。结果显示,与对照组比较模型组出现肺纤维化及矽结节,肺泡灌洗液中AngⅡ含量升高、肺组织ACE表达增强,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。
