东日本复合灾害的精神卫生和社会心理影响及其应对 被引量：3

摘要 健康是身体、精神和社会适应上的完好状态，而不仅仅是没有疾病或者不虚弱。享受最高而能获致之健康标准，为人人基本权利之一。精神健康则是指这样一种健康状态：每个人能够实现自己的能力、应付正常的生活压力、有成效地从事工作，并能够对其社区作出贡献。就其积极意义而言，精神健康是健康不可或缺的重要组成部分，也是个人保持健康和社区有效运作的基础。
