由环氧氯丙烷制备1,3-二氯-2-丙醇的研究

摘要 1,3-二氯-2-丙醇是一种重要的有机中间体,采用单因素实验研究了环氧氯丙烷(ECH)开环制备1,3-二氯-2-丙醇的新方法,讨论了反应温度、ECH和盐酸的进料摩尔比、ECH和乙醚的稀释摩尔比及反应时间等因素对反应的影响。并通过气相色谱-质谱对反应所涉及的产物进行了分析。提出了优化工艺条件为:反应温度控制在35℃左右,ECH和盐酸的进料摩尔比为1.2~1.3,ECH和乙醚的稀释摩尔比为1∶1,反应时间为4~5h。在此反应条件下的结果为:ECH的转化率为96.41%,1,3-二氯-2-丙醇的选择性为92.87%,收率为89.54%。 A new method for preparing 1,3-dichloro-2-propanol from epichlorohydrin(ECH) by ring-opening reaction was studied,and the synthesized products were analyzed by GC-MS.The influences of several factors,such as the reaction temperature,the feed-in ratio of ECH versus hydrogen chloride,the dilution ratio of ECH versus ether and the reaction time,on the reaction were investigated through single factor experiments,and the optimum process conditions were found.When controlling the reaction temperature at 35 ℃ and reacting for 4-5 h with n(ECH)∶n(HCl)=1∶(2-3),and n(ECH)∶n(ether)=1∶1,the conversion rate of ECH can reach 96.41%,the selectivity of 1,3-dichloro-2-propanol is 92.87% and the yield of 1,3-dichloro-2-propanol reaches 89.54%.
