Design and Implementation of Geography Information System Based on the Total Emissions of Major Pollutants of the Silverlight in Key Control Area

主要污染物排放总量重点控制区地理信息系统的开发平台是基于Microsoft Visual Studio 2010,采用SuperMap IS.NET和Silverlight技术,为安全便捷生成和管理区域文本、图件、数据提供软件平台,主要实现重点控制区地理信息系统基本操作、专题图制作、空间属性查询、嵌入数字地球、网络信息发布等功能,为总量控制工作提供相关参考数据和独立运行平台。

The development platform of Geography Information System（GIS） about the total emissions of major pollutants in key control area is based on Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 by using SuperMap IS,NET and Silverlight technology.In order to generate and manage the regional text,maps,data safely and conveniently,the software platform was provide.It could realized some GIS functions such as the basic operation,thematic map production,space attribute query,digital earth embed,network information release,and so on.The research could provide the relevant reference data and the independent operation platform to the total amount control work.
