摘要
通过对医院评审的必要性、重要性以及新一轮医院评审特点和医院所面临问题的思考分析,提出医院主动适应此轮评审需要做好三方面的工作,即领会新理念,落实“以病人为中心”;学习新标准,贯彻持续质量改进;探索循证方法,促进医院评审和管理的科学化,进而从个人角度阐述医院在此轮评审中需要切实把握的核心和关键点。
The paper described the necessity and importance of hospital accreditation, and features of this round of accreditation. The author proposed that the hospitals should take three actions to cope with this accreditation, which are understanding new concepts to "Center on Patients"; learning new standards to promote continuous quality improvement; probing evidence-based methods to encourage hospital accreditation and scientific management. These points explained the key points to master for the this round o{ accreditation.
