生活时间是人类生活活动范围和内容的最完整、最客观的表达 ,也是最忠实的记录。因此 ,生活时间可以成为测量人类生活活动乃至经济社会现象和过程的一种尺度。本文从宏观和微观两个角度 ,探讨了如何用生活时间度量国民生活的方法 ,提出了国内总时间资产 (GDTS)

Daily allotment of time is both a most comprehensive,objective indication and the loyal record of the scale and contents of people's daily activities. Therefore, time for daily activities can be viewed as criteria for measurement of human activities and economic phenomena. This article attempts from both micro and macro angles, to explore the method of using daily time arrangement to measure life style of citizens. Indexes system for this purposes such as the GDTS are proposed.
