西藏自治区文化信息资源共享工程建设与思考

Practice and reflect on the Construction of Sharing Cultural Information Resource Project of Tibet autonomous region

文化信息资源共享工程是在文化发展的新形势下构建的一个公共文化服务体系,西藏文化共享工程的建设借助网络等现代化服务模式,将全国乃至全球的数字化文化资源推送到西藏基层老百姓身边,是惠及西藏特别是基层群众的一项文化基础工程。文章通过分析西藏自治区文化信息资源共享工程实施以来遇到的困难和存在的问题,阐述了若干相应的改进措施,旨在使共享工程起到打破本地区基层数字文化资源缺乏的现状,缩小城乡文化差距,进一步提高广大人民群众的科学文化素养,丰富基层群众业余文化生活等作用。

The sharing cultural information resources project is a system of public cultural services constructed in the new situation of culture development.The construction of sharing Tibetan culture project is a basic culture project favorable to Tibet,especially to the grass-roots people in Tibet and it can delivery the global digital culture resources to ordinary people by the modern network service mode.In the present paper,the difficulties and problems met during the implementing the sharing culture information resource project in Tibet autonomous region were analyzed and several corresponding improvement measures were provided to break the situation of lack of digital culture resources in Tibet grass-roots level and to reduce culture differences between own and country,and to increase the people＇s scientific literacy and enrich people＇s cultural life.
