自制外固定器固定股骨转子间骨折的生物力学研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的通过生物力学实验研究对自制外固定器固定股骨转子间骨折的生物力学性能进行评价。方法取15具成人甲醛固定股骨标本,造成AO分型31-A1.1型转子间骨折模型。试验组用自制外固定器固定,对照组用单侧成角外固定器固定和动力髋螺钉固定。实验分为骨折端相当接触面积、极限承载能力等方面。结果试验组的骨折端相当接触面积以及极限承载能力均明显大于动力髋螺钉和单侧成角外固定支架(P<0.05)。结论自制外固定架的相当接触面积、极限力学性能明显大于动力髋螺钉和单侧成角外固定器,固定可靠,能避免或减少髋内翻等并发症。 Objective To evaluate biomechanical properties of the self-designed external fixation(SDEF) for inter-trochanteric fracture.Methods Fifteen adult femur specimens were fixed by formaldehyd,and the models of 31-A1.1(AO classification) fracture were established.For the experimental group the specimens were fixed with the self-designed external fixation(5 specimens) The control group were respectively fixed with dynamic hip screw(DHS)(5 specimens) and unilateral angulated external fixator(UAEF)(5 specimens).Contact area in the broken ends of fracture and maximum endurance were tested.Results The contact area in the broken ends of fracture and the maximum endurance of the experimental group were superior to dynamic hip screw and the traditional one arm external fixator(P0.05).Conclusion The contact area in the broken ends of fracture and the maximum endurance of the experimental group are superior to dynamic hip screw and the unilateral angulated external fixator.
