摘要
介绍了控制性能标准(CPS)的参数体系,对上海电网外来受电计划、网内大型钢铁企业冲击负荷、网内机组调节性能等客观因素进行深入分析,指出引起上海CPS指标偏低的根本原因,并在此基础上给出未来提升上海电网CPS指标的若干建议.
The parameters of the control performance standard (CPS) system is introduced, an in- depth research is conducted on objective factors, such as Shanghai power grid external power receiving plan, the impact load of large-scale steel enterprises and adjusting performance of generator units. The ultimate cause of the Shanghai CPS low evaluation index is pointed out, and on this basis, a number of recommendations are given to enhance the CPS index in future.
