摘要
根据检修前运行状况,初步认为台州电厂N330 MW机组7#机4#轴承振动较大的原因在于对轮螺孔存在缺陷.通过解体2#对轮,并对其同心度、对轮中心及对轮螺孔进行测量,认为对轮螺孔与开口锥形套筒匹配不良、对轮同心度偏差大是造成振动超标的主要原因.采用铰孔、更换开口锥形套筒与消除对轮同心度偏差相结合的方法,使机组开启后4#轴承振动情况得到明显改善,为其他电厂处理类似振动问题提供了参考.
According to the operation status before overhaul, a tentative view is held that the excessive vibration of No. 4 bearing for No. 7 N300 MW turbine unit is due to defects on clutch bolt holes. After No. 2 clutch is disintegrated, by measuring concentricity, deviation of the clutches and the clutch bolt holes, it is found that the bad matching of the clutch bolt holes and the split taper sleeves, and large deviation of the clutches are the material causes of the excessive vibration. By taking such measures as precision reaming, changing split taper sleeves and removing deviation of the clutches, a significant improvement on No. 4 bearing after restarting is made, which provides reference for vibration analysis for units of the same type.
