摘要
通过对张掖发电公司以模板为纽带实现管理流程的再造模式的分析,指出了发电企业通过有效的管理手段以优化企业内部管理、强化内控、提高工作效率、进一步增强企业核心竞争力的方法.最后针对目前的市场形式对企业管理流程提出了新的管理思路.
By pointing out how power enterprises can adopt effective management means to optimize the internal management of enterprises, strengthen internal controls, improve work efficiency, and enhance the core competitiveness capacity of enterprises, an analysis is made on how Zhangye Power Eneration Company uses templated management as a link to realize management and the reshaping of the technological process model of exploration. Finally in view of the present market situation, a new management idea is put forward.
