摘要
锅炉的过热蒸汽温度是表征锅炉特性的重要指标之一,其控制品质的优劣直接影响火电厂锅炉机组的安全性和经济性.由于过热蒸汽温度有滞后、大惯性、时变等特性,常规PID并不能对其实现良好的控制.引入RBF神经网络整定PID控制,可以达到良好的控制效果.
The superheated steam temperature of boiler is an important indicator characterizing the features of the boiler. The quality control will directly affect security and economy of the thermal power plant boiler unit. As there are lags, large inertia, time-varying characteristics in the superheated steam temperature, the conventional PID can not achieve good control over it. So the RBF neural network-tuning PID control is introduced. Experiments show that this control method for superheated steam temperature control can get good results.
