摘要
目的 探讨海洛因依赖对血浆抗氧化类维生素含量的影响。方法 采用分光光度比色分析法检测 74例海洛因依赖者 (海洛因依赖组 )和 80名健康人 (对照组 )血浆中的维生素C (P VC)、维生素E (P VE)、β 胡萝卜素 (P β CAR)含量并作对照比较。 结果 海洛因依赖组的血浆P VC、P VE、P β CAR的含量 [分别为 (4 6± 10 ) μmol/L ,(19± 7) μmol/L ,(1 4± 0 4) μmol/L]均低于对照组 [分别为 (5 8± 14) μmol/L ,(2 6± 7) μmol/L ,(1 8± 0 5 ) μmol/L],P <0 0 1。直线回归和相关分析提示 ,随着吸食海洛因史的延长和吸食海洛因量的增加 ,海洛因依赖者的P VC、P VE、P β CAR含量均逐渐降低 (P <0 0 1)。逐步回归提示 ,海洛因依赖者的吸食海洛因史和服吸海洛因量均与P VC、P VE值密切相关 (P <0 0 1)。结论 海洛因依赖者体内的氧化 抗氧化平衡严重失调 。
Objective To explore the effects of heroin dependence on anti oxidative vitamins Methods Plasma vitamin C (P VC) level, plasma vitamin E (P VE) level and plasma β carotene (P β CAR) level of 74 cases of heroin dependence subjects and 80 cases of healthy volunteers were determined with spectrophotometric assays and compared Results The average values of P VC, P VE and P β CAR of the heroin dependence subject group were respectively (46±10) μmol/L,(19±7) μmol/L,(1 4±0 4) μmol/L, while the average values of P VC, P VE and P β CAR of the healthy volunteer group were respectively (58±14) μmol/L,(26±7) μmol/L,(1 8±0 5) μmol/L, the formers were all significantly lower than the latters ( P <0 01); the linear regression and correlation analysis suggested that with the prolonging of heroin intake time and the increasing of heroin intake quantity of the heroin dependence subjects, the values of P VC, P VE and P β CAR of the heroin dependence subjects were gradually decreased ( P <0 01); the stepwise regression and correlation analysis suggested that the correlation between heroin intake time, heroin intake quantity and P VC, P VE values was the closet ( P <0 01). Conclusion In the body of the heroin dependence subjects, the balance between oxidation and anti oxidation was seriously disordered, and the free radicals reactions were pathological aggravation
