摘要
汽轮发电机转子绕组易发生匝间短路故障。常规试验项目无法对发电机转子匝间短路故障点进行准确定位。对于汽轮发电机转子,迅速确诊转子故障并准确定位,对后续工作的开展至关重要。通过对某电厂2号发电机转子绕组匝间短路故障综合检测,实施了修前故障点的快速准确现场定位和计算分析,为决策和处理提供关键可靠的依据并赢得了宝贵的时间。其成功实践为同类发电机运行维护提供了重要的相关经验和参考。
The inter-turn short circuit fault could happen in the turbo-generator rotor.Conventional electrical preventive trials can't point to the fault location accurately.Rapid diagnosis fault and precise positioning is important to follow-up work for turbo-generator rotor.By comprehensive detection of inter-circle short circuit faults for a power plant unit 2 turbo-generator rotor winding,rapid correct fault field locating and calculation analysis were implemented,which could win the precious time for decision and dealing with the key basis.It also provides an important relevant experience and reference for generator's operation maintenance.
