不同超剂量组RU_(486)对大鼠卵巢中细胞亚显微结构的作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :电镜下观察不同时间、不同超剂量组 RU486 对大鼠卵巢中细胞亚显微结构的影响 ,从形态学角度研究 RU486 避孕机制。方法 :给实验大鼠灌服不同超剂量 RU486 ,于不同时间取卵巢组织 ,制作电镜标本并观察。结果 :实验各组生长卵泡发育不良或闭锁 ,未见成熟卵泡和黄体 ,闭锁卵泡、间质腺增多 ,卵泡细胞、间质腺细胞内含大量脂滴、空泡、滑面内质网 ( SER)及次级溶酶体 ( s Ly) ,巨噬细胞、变异颗粒细胞内出现残余体和聚集成团的溶酶体 ( L y) ,其超微结构改变随用药时间延长而加重。结论 :使用不同超剂量 RU486 可抑制卵泡发育成熟及黄体形成 ,并对卵巢内部分细胞的细胞器有一定的损害。 Objectives:[WT5BZ]The effect on the ultrastructures of rats ovary cell by taking different overdosage RU 486 in different period was observed under the electron microscope,the mechanism of contraception was studied from morphological alteration.[WT5HZ]Method:[WT5BZ]The tissue from the ovaries in different treated time was made into specimen and observed after overdosage RU 486 was given intragastrically.[WT5HZ]Result:[WT5BZ]The growing follicle of ovaries from each experimental group shown hypoplasia or atresia ,the mature follicle and interstitial gland increased,a lot of lipoids,vesicles,SER and sLy were present in both the follicular cell and interstitial gland cell.The residual body and clustered Ly emerged in the varriational glanulosa cell.Exacerbation of pathological alteration gradually developed with prolongation of administrational period.[WT5HZ]Conclusion:[WT5BZ]The follicle development maturation and corpus leteum formation can be restrained by various overdosage RU 486 .Certain damages to the organela can be incurred by overdosage RU 486 . [WT5HZ]
