摘要
车载起重机在工作中,由于伸出臂长较长,吊臂会发生一定的挠曲,因此用刚体来描述吊臂是不准确的。本文主要用ADAMS和ANSYS软件对吊臂机械结构进行刚柔耦合建模与仿真,研究分析吊臂工作的动态性能,以及吊臂的应力和应变,以了解其安全性能,为以后的优化做准备工作。
Since flexure of the arm on the on-vehicle crane usually exists when the arm elongate on working condition, it is not precise to analyze the arm by using rigid body. This paper toke ADAMS and AYSYS software to do rigid-flexible coupling modeling and simulation on the arm structure, analyze the dynamic property associate with the working stress and strain of the arm on working condition and find out its safety property, which can be a preparation for future optimize re search work.
